- Deposit :  Minimum 50% at reservation
- Balance 45 or 60 days before arrival depending on the period
   Cancellation conditions: 50% at 60 days and more, 100% at least 60 days. Please contact us.
   Consider taking out cancellation insurance.

Payment by bank transfer or Paypal (+ current fees ~5%)
On-site fees payable only in cash (€ - US$ - AU$ - THB)
    
The package includes :

- The bungalow on the basis of 2 / 3 / 4 people depending on the option chosen
- Sheets, towels, soap and shampoo
- The homemade aperitif before dinner
- Dinner (starting on the day of arrival) with a drink (beer or fruit juice)
- Breakfast (Starting the day after arrival: Tea or coffee + Fruit juice + Viennese pastries + Butter and homemade jams + Seasonal fruit)
- Access to the Garden, Terrace and Swimming Pool (53m long) with overflow into the lake
- WIFI access in common areas (Garden / Pool / Bar / Dining room)
- Drinking water


The Package does not include :

- Transfers (possibility to organize them)
- Lunches (possibility to organize them)
- Beverages other than those mentioned above
- New Year's Eve celebrations on 24/12 & 31/12 and special evening on request (Supplement à la carte)
- Anything not specified in the "The Package includes" section
